The are some quality people here below the top executive level. If you have a lot of client contacts and can bring in over $1MM in commissions you can get paid well… 80% of net… turns out to be about 50-55% of gross…. obviously the more commissions, the less impact on costs and payout can reach upwards of 60-65% of gross.

All the quality senior executives left for other/better opportunities due to lack of confidence or selfishness by owner Pat Sheehan and questionable ethics / business practices. It has left an environment with less profits (Good senior executives leaving with revenue) and now senior management wants squeeze every penny from employees even to the extent of breaching contract provisions… other middle level traders are looking elsewhere now… However, if you make $2MM + a year, you put up with the lack of integrity and management because you still get paid very well, but a shame to see you many great people move on… All commission based…. no salary or draw so better bring in the sales
