If you like a competitive environment, this is a nice one to start because you're even competing against your coworkers. It is also a decent place to start to understand the agency side of things as well as the final client side of things.

Expectations not met, promised a type of contract, ended up with another one. No recognition. Always pushing for more and more, regardless of what you already achieved. Your teammates sometimes sabotage you to make their results better and themselves look better.
