Great place to work - Recensione dipendente - Design Assistant presso Elicyon

The team is encouraged to be creative, think beyond the obvious, and explore unique design solutions with real freedom. Projects are well structured and organised from the very beginning, which sets everyone up for success. Suggestions to streamline workflows are always welcomed, and senior management is open to new ideas and finds ways to implement them into day to day which is refreshing! Such incredible projects to work on and opportunities to travel. But one of the best parts is the office culture; the team is warm, supportive, and genuinely gets along, which makes each day so much more enjoyable.

Not much cons to note about!

Library is very well managed. Flexible working & WFH, however they are standard in most companies now. But you do get to go home an hour earlier on a Friday in June, July & August!

Very high and fast staff turnover, sadly the good ones don’t even stay a year. I lost count how many people came and went. Agree with other reviewer, was lied to at interview about the role and company. Work environment is chaotic at best. Benefits are actually minimal; no private health care, minimum pension contribution. Basic IT equipment and the studio space is tiny for size of the team, plus it is in the middle of nowhere!
