Hard working teams alot that want to do a really good job. Some management are good with supporting and guiding. Dependant on role pay is okay.

Senior leadership team not focused on people only their bonus. Openly insult people behind people's back, things like 'you need to get rid of them' and 'make it happen' Aggressive behaviour in directors level Swearing Hr are present when happening and they say nothing Emotional not rationale Patronising not motivating. Dictatorship not autonomy, New people at management or above roles are giving feedback negatively to sebor leaders, rather then helping the teams . Training team You can't trust anyone and that's how they are bought in. No one to tell HR are told to make things happen by their boss even if it's wrong, no one will potect people they protect their boss. No one wants to challenge as you can guarentee you will be sacked one way or other. Even writing this scares me but i Iike my job and want to see this change it won't but its worth trying.
