The current leadership has created a deeply toxic, USSR-style totalitarian environment where merit means nothing. Management operates purely on ego surrounding themselves with obsequious flatterers who are expected to praise and validate their decisions rather than offer honest, strategic input. Worse, this favoritism bleeds into blatant nepotism at the executive level. Senior leaders have turned the company into a personal family business, routinely installing spouses and close relatives up and down the org. This creates an impossible dynamic for the rest of the staff, destroys any semblance of objective accountability, and completely freezes out qualified employees who actually earned their spot. It’s impossible to have a healthy corporate culture when the executive tier is insulated by personal relationships and flatterers.
