      Absolutely no pros, was a miserable place to work

      During my time there therapists were exploited significantly and were not licensed to. Held to unethical caseload expectations that were dangerous for patient care. Given high risk patients outside of our scope. Pay was abysmal for someone with masters degree. Had to pay back insurance during my medical leave, they never expressed caring for me a single bit, just a therapy mill. My location didn’t get a licensed therapist on staff for almost 2 years and the office admin were abusive to medical staff
