The company ethics are of the utmost importance and all clients and experts are treated respectfully. On the flip side, the same ethics apply to the employees. Though the company continues to grow, the team functions like a family and everyone is treated with respect. It's a really high-energy and fun environment and you learn every single day.

Business ebbs and flows and sometimes you have to work really hard and fast. Is that really a con, or just a normal part of being an employee?

This company treats every employee like an individual. They know how to let everybody's personal strengths flourish, but the team mentality is still impressively woven into the foundation of day to day operations. Also, everyone is involved in the bigger picture/planning for future growth. I am not a cog in the wheel here. It is clear the owner/management cares deeply and genuinely about employee well-being. It is a refreshing, intellectually challenging and fun place to be everyday.

Compared to standard corporate office life (or bedside nursing life), there are no cons to working at Elite.
