They actually believe that every idea they have is the next world-changing, first-in-class device and brag about it. Yet don't have a single FDA approval in the 15 year life of the company.

      Doing your job well didn't mean anyone would notice or care. i rarely got any acknowledgment, even after staying late or taking on tricky tasks. There was no real appreciation for accuracy or consistency. Meanwhile, those who were louder or more visible got the praise, regardless of output.
