Micromanagement; ostracized if health issues; upper management (NJ) HR is so tightknit with other departments that it feels like they don't care what actually happened, they just look at what their "friend managers" in departments say and go with that. HR is overextended yet they won't hire more people in NJ. Even if you ask local manager for concessions to make job easier, it's denied, and ultimately leads to people leaving. No rapport with immediate management with open door policy. It's all a bunch of "good ol' boys" who happened to create a business that thrives, but the "good ol' boy" mentality is leaving lots to be desired.
