Very much made up as we went along. When COVID-19 hit, management went to ground. Attempted to put us all on COVID scheme in order to not have to pay us a notice period. Staff immediately thrown under the bus. Told us we were being laid off on a temporary basis, never heard from again. Clearly complete lies from the start. Interviewed for a completely different job to the one I was doing on arrival. Lot of good people being messed around. Constant cash flow issues. No culture or values.
