This office is toxic. Dysfunctional non-attorney management frequently inserts themselves into drama, creating unnecessary stress and enabling attorneys to rely on staff as shock absorbers. Workload can be uneven, and staff are often interrupted or caught in interpersonal conflicts. If you value professionalism, structure, and calm, this is not the environment for you. Only those comfortable with chaos, drama, and blurred boundaries will thrive.
