The company is as good as all the staffs at lower level. You need to listen to what they have to say. These details are often filtered by managers. Top management, do go down to lower level to have a look and hear, you will be surprise how dysfunctional the system is. - The company always have some good concepts and ideas, but is always poor at execution because of assigning incompetent people to the projects. - No bonus or rewards for delivering good projects - Poor communication between departments.
