Management needs a serious overhaul. HR is certainly not looking out for employees. I think the institution is financially in distress. They've eliminated or reduced most benefits to the point where they are no longer competitive, eliminated positions, reduced salary increased,...and seem to be seriously cash-strapped. Many departments suffer from a lack of capital improvements. Old equipment/technology is everywhere. They haven't kept up...at the main hospital at least, but one would never guess that based on the propaganda they send out.
