Pay was adequate but when taking into account the hours they expect of you because they cronically understaffed the job its only just about fair pay. Not amazing. On the same level as I worked there were lots of great people however many left due to the reasons noted in the cons section below.

Very badly organized, no structure to projects, no team work across departments. The absolute worst aspect is the senior management, they create a nasty work environment where everyone is miserable and do nothing to build a proper team. They Harbour toxic personalities and do nothing to address glaringly obvious issues with particular managers that create terrible work environment for their staff.
