Predictable working hours, fantastic supervisors and managers, great vacation allowances and benefits. Safe work environment. Excellent people. Opportunities to get company-provided certifications (working at heights, propane safety, etc.) I enjoy working with the team at ED Modular.
Svantaggi
Wages are not the most competitive. Career development (raises, promotions, apprenticeship opportunities) is somewhat limited, but it does exist and I have seen some co workers get promoted. Also, there were some temporary layoffs recently for many of the workers on the factory floor due to lack of work. Not the greatest for morale.
