Below par salary and salary growth. Horrible for juniors and they lack any training program or guidance. They can change your location within the region, this can a be problem within the GTA. Some coworkers can be terrible. The usual office and construction politics. A typical big corporation with the same problems. The juniors are just thrown into the projects with big expectations. The benefits are sub-par.
