Late to the game with product directions for flagship solution. Not enough resources to meet projected timelines. Newer solutions on target to address HE issues but poorly executed from development, marketing perspective. Little to no real concern for customer satisfaction. Revenue focus on maintenance stream - does not jive with lack of concern for customers. Poor communication both internal and external. Constant lay offs both before and after merger.
