      No big pros as such. Company has to work with startup entrepreneurs and you can get experience working with them. Some startup entrepreneurs are exciting and fun to work with. But other than that, there is nothing as such in company which can be called as pro. Company doesn't even have proper office.

      Bad working conditions. Heavy work load at low pay. Company is not filling vacant positions and the workload is on current employees. But if you complain about workload then you are insulted. They don't like it if you speak your mind. The staff is not treated properly by management. Management members also don't treat each other well. They just keep fighting over small things and take anger out on staff.

It is particularly concerning to see individuals with B.com degrees assigned to Android development projects, as they lack the necessary technical expertise. The poor communication skills of the fake developers have further exacerbated the situation. Clients have escalated their concerns due to the inability of these individuals to effectively understand and address their requirements.
