      Their website mentioned that work hours are flexible. But when I joined the company I found reality. I have to spend 9 hours daily at company office. We are made to do over time as company is not filling vacant positions. Company owners are three couples. They run office like they are in their home. Very unprofessional and childish. Sometimes you are insulted in front of everyone not because you made any mistake but the owners are just angry. Bad training. You cannot improve yourself as a developer by working with this company. Overall a bad company to work with.

There has been a noticeable shift towards hiring fake employees with fabricated degrees. It is particularly concerning to see individuals with B.com degrees assigned to Android development projects, as they lack the necessary technical expertise. The poor communication skills of the fake developers have further exacerbated the situation. Clients have escalated their concerns due to the inability of these individuals to effectively understand and address their requirements.
