Management are a bit clueless sometimes

One of the things I appreciate most about working at Elonex is the emphasis on teamwork and helping each other. I feel fortunate to be a part of such a positive and inclusive work environment. The level of teamwork and collaboration among employees really stands out. Whether working on a project or just chatting over a coffee, I have never felt like I am working alone. The team are always willing to lend a helping hand, roll up their sleeves and do what they have to, to get the job done. The management team is approachable, knowledgeable, and always willing to listen to the employees. They are dedicated to creating a positive work environment and creating a culture of community.
