I have been an employee of ELRO Signs for 17 years. I started my employment with ELRO as an Accounts Payable Clerk. Working for this company has afforded me many opportunities. I appreciate that they see the value in their employees and when there is an opportunity to promote from within, they will. As my interests in serving the organization in other roles grew, ELRO would often pay for my education and training so that I would be suited and prepared for my newly assigned duties. I, being a caretaker for my elderly parent, also really appreciate the fact that this company is all about family. They truly understand that their is life outside of the workplace and they do what they can to support and accommodate the needs of their employees.

I do not consider this to necessarily be a con but sometimes the work days can be long and the work is very detailed and fast-paced.
