Thank you for taking the time to provide your review. We are known for providing the autonomy necessary for our employees to learn and grow. By now, you must be aware of our efforts and focus on speed in everything we do. A global organization of our size will always try to get things right the first time. For some, this may feel slow or bureaucratic. However, Elsevier is doing an incredible amount of work to get the balance right.
