Inspiring mission of improving healthcare and better serving customers. Amazing people who are not only passionate about healthcare industry but also ambitious, creative, and willing to take risks. Office morale seems to have made a significant shift in the right direction from a year ago thanks to changes in upper management, collaborative environments, and opinions from US employees finally being considered.

New open floor plans are great for collaborating and bonding as a team but very distracting. Still very hierarchical at times and office politics abound. Employees generally rank their relationship with direct boss highly positive, but this doesn't translate to trust in other teams or the C-suite. Still work to be done to gain back employee trust after poor management in prior years.
