5yThank you for your review. We are disappointed to hear that you didn’t get excited about our mission to advance Science and Healthcare. Yes, we are focused on our products but only if they are solving for our customers’ needs. Here at Elsevier, what we champion is falling in love with the customer problem not the solutions we build, that way we can stay agile and responsive. For example, through taking this approach we have built the COVID- 19 response centre and delivered an AI hackathon that through advanced data science has identified a number of drugs therapies that can be repurposed to treat chronic disease. Here at Elsevier, we benchmark our salaries externally, we use both a general benchmark and Technology specific benchmark to ensure we stay competitive.
