- Work culture is toxic and exhausting especially for Customer Success - Leadership is openly arrogant, dismissive of frontline teams, and completely disconnected from customers. - Concerns raised by CSMs are ignored unless they align with leadership's narrative - Customers are routinely lied to about product capabilities, timelines and fixes. As a CSM, you are expected to defend these lies, smooth things over, and take the blame when promises inevitably fall apart - Product itself has effectively failed. Core functionality is unstable, adoption is low and customers are frustrated. There is no real product roadmap, only vague slide decks that change every quarter.
