The main pro about working in this particular store is the staff, even the manager is lovely. There is the potential to progress but its not encouraged as you'd have to leave and go to another store. Staff discount - 25% which is quite generous as it also applies to discounted items however this is capped at a certain spend. Theres quite a lot of interesting training that comes into store.

The contract they make you sign means you may have as little as 8 hours which is nothing. The store is freezing and management refuse to do anything about it. Store itself is quite old and mundane, hasn't been painted since it opened 20 years ago. Too much emphasis on footbalance, At the end of the day its ONE product that takes up about 15 mins of your time. Its a good product but its continuously being pushed and there is no incentive to sell it bar threats about the regional manager giving us stick. Stock management - continuously out of stock that sells, really impacts on sales and figures.
