      1) Flexible timing. 2) Salary on time.

      1) Partiality between employees. 2) No appreciation to the employee who worked hard, credit taken by other persons. 3) No proper hikes according the market standard, hike is only for favorable persons. 4) No career growth. There are lots of cons working here, can't say it all.
