The product is unique in the marketplace and occupies a niche that is not filled by any other competitor. The paychecks do not bounce (yet). If you speak Portuguese you will probably like working here, those that do seem to be the only ones here who are happy.

The way the leaders have chased off all of the talent that they needed to succeed is the very definition “shooting the messenger”. Employees are left to guess what the management wants, and if they guess wrong they are fired without so much as a discussion of expectations.
