Every task given by the company is either a headache or duplicacy of Data on multiple google sheets just for the sake of seniors knowledge but still they will call you online to recite what's written on the sheets and still they'll be clueless about everything. When comes to support and guidance only texts will be sent to you for anything asked by anyone working under any senior position. No constructive feedback is considered here instead service provider, delivery manger will be blamed for any technical issue not tech or Backend team. On top the HR policies are just fancy line written here nothing really implies in working, open door policy is only for the CEO no one else. All the lines written in contracts of jobs will be used against the employees only and no increments will be given after multiple reviews done by the management, they even fake promise for 2-8% increment only. A hardworking Employee are not appreciated here and only who show more by writing emails and doing nothing in field and office are considered best. Every employee will be expected to work overtime regularly without being compensated in any manner, mental health is a joke for this company, working 12, 14, 16 hrs is considered normal and work culture is too toxic for any honest employee as the managers will ask you highlights of the day in mid of the day and would give their own work to other employees by threatning to remove them by giving their negative feedback to the higher management even if there performance is best in the whole of the company and the higher management is dumb enough that they do not cross check anything and do everything said by the zonal heads and team leads blindly, if anyone tells that a plan settled up by management is not going to work for any practical reason, the employee will be demotivated by seniors in such a way that he/she will start feeling guilty for giving a feedback/input. On the name of cost cutting the employees with lower salary package are being removed from this company instead of following the Compnay act laws of India of reducing 30% high stake employee income. No appreciation is given to any one working hard, all the credit is taken by a senior for doing nothing and not letting any employee get in contact with higher management so that all the manipulation could be done easily and reviews of employees can be manipulated on the basis of the favoritism by Zonal heads or Team leads. On the Top hr calls each employee of the company and asks them to join gmeet and present the screen for reviewing the Company with best fake Ratings and Compliments without any consent and forced to write pre-framed sentences for maintaining the reputation of the company over the social and professional network, threats for taking legal actions against those raise their voice against them are given. No legal, financial Compensation is given to any employee who has been removed by illegal reduction of contract tenure with company and no variables are given either. There are many other things that can not be written here due to length of this review, but on the it's the worst place to be in as it stops your skill, finacial and professinal growth. There are no parameters for the performance, promotion and removal of an employee, they just roll a dice to remove or hire an employee in the company.
