Low compensation in general. "Incentive" package was a complete joke- maybe this has changed since I worked there, but some of the incentives for referrals were less than one dollar. They also hired someone to police the incentives program, which caused unnecessary morale issues especially considering her salary could have been better used as part of the incentive package. There were some other incidents which led me to highly doubt the competence and level of professionalism of some of the middle management.
