Working at Embrace Learning Institute since August 2024 has been one of the best experiences of my career. The staff here are passionate, supportive, and genuinely care about our students. I have always been treated with respect, and I’ve never had any issues with management or colleagues. The culture is positive, uplifting, and truly collaborative. It’s rare to find a workplace where everyone is such a joy to work with, and I feel grateful to be part of this team.

ELI is still a fairly new company, and with that comes inevitable growing pains. There have been times when organizational changes or adjustments were challenging for some employees. However, I genuinely believe that growth often comes from trial and error, and many of these changes have ultimately led to improvement and success.

the lower level employees truly care about the kids and really try to do the best the can.

management plays favorites to those that brown nose, a lot of nepotism, they hire a lot of young women and deal with sexual harassment, they will belittle people, and have people walk on glass. they genuinely do not care about their employees as long as the money comes in. kids are not being taught and I personally heard management say that they didn't care.
