The Embraer, with its brazilian DNA, sets the bar when it comes to team work and fellowship (at least in the teams I've worked with) - The amount and depth of things you can learn in practice is tremendous, making experienced Embraer engineers actually world-class. - The products are excellent, which contribute to the aknowledgement of Embraer engineers across the aviation industry -

- Salaries are not competitive if the aeronautical industry is considered (BRL is too weak compared to USD and EUR) - The few benefits we have (like meal allowance and hybrid model) are about to be extinguished - Health insurance should be better
