If you're remote or in a satellite office, expect to be sidelined. High performers are overlooked. Raises are capped. Evaluations are rubber-stamped. Doesn’t matter how hard you work — you’ll get the same rating as someone doing the bare minimum. Toxic culture is ignored. Complaints about leadership go nowhere. HR is unresponsive unless it’s about image issues. Ethics complaints pile up with no follow-through. You’ll likely be doing the work of multiple people due to turnover. Training is minimal, support is weak, and burnout is common.
