-Decent health benefits -Semi-competitive salaries starting out -Some jobs are hybrid/remote

Svantaggi

-Doesn’t give raises to employees despite inflation but gives huge bonuses to executives -People quit because of no raises and then the company doesn’t hire to replace them, just pushes work onto other employees for no extra money until they burnout and leave as well -Not employee oriented at all. Put a bunch of money into building new brands while other established brands are hemorrhaging people

-Depending on what team you're on, you get a lot of autonomy. (on the flip side, see con- if you're on the wrong team) -Good benefits -Fun events & Travel opportunities

-People getting laid off left and right all time. One minute you have a team mate and the next they are just gone. -Management is top heavy and operates like a fraternity -If you're on the wrong team every move is watched -Your job is NEVER safe -Imagine with the acquisition that was just announced by Apollo that the reason for layoffs was to become lean before transition. I would hedge bets that this will also continue to be a numbers game and positions are going to be uncertain -Sales plans are always ambiguous and there were even times where the plan wasn't out until several months into the year. Expected to sell over and above but didn't always have a sales plan to follow. It was always changing.
