The right team of senior leadership and development talent are in place and it's an exciting time for this team's success and continued growth. Processes are valued but never prioritized over production efficiency. Remember when you were excited to go to work every day -- This place has that feel. People are accountable for their work and so no micro-management is needed. Schedules are flexible and work-life balance is valued. Great office location and building amenities. Moving into a new space soon!

Thank you for your feedback! We're excited to share that, as of this past March, Emergent Software has moved into our new office location and is no longer sharing office space with our sister company. This new location gives us the much-needed space to grow and build our own team culture. At the time of this comment, we're six months into the move and already planning our next expansion.
