Emeritus good team building opportunities.

Could use better benefits and better pay.

Pull down menu on Glassdoor didn't go back to 2007, when I worked for them.. At the local level, my Executive Director was awesome. We worked together as a very effective team.

Corporate kept changing goals, quotas, incentives and bonus requirements. We ALWAYS exceeded goals but had to fight with corporate for every bonus. "Computer issues" or "policy change"was their standard answer for delays in earned bonuses.
