Do less talk less work less in order to achieve success as those who fought too hard to help company grow are the heros that die first. It will be a great company to join if you are intending to retire or take it slow.

Management needs yes man and cannot tolerate employees who say no or give genuine feedbacks. Full of treacherous people who just want to relax and not work too hard thus killing off many heros. US based management do not visit Asia enough thus lost touch and do not truly understand great employees who have excellent relationships with their customers, but choose to listen to HR folks (who dont know any business nor customers) taking the easy way out to make decisions remotely from the comfort of their US offices.
