It's a great place to work! Everyone is very friendly and supportive, management is great, the students are great and the mission is good.

This wasn't really a con in my opinion, but it might be for some people - it's a very small place so there aren't a lot of staff, so you might frequently end up doing things to help out that aren't really part of your job description.
