      * nine hour working per day (generally not available in any IT company) * big joke in name of flexi hour because only 30min flexi allow * less festival leaves * how much you work in extra hour no matter you only got 3 hour benefits * always too much workload in all team

      No work life balance People play so much politics in here - no mental peace Bad upper management One thing they won’t tell you before joining that they’re going to make you sign a legal bond where it was written that you shouldn’t join a competitor company, won’t write anything about the board directors and other stupid things were mentioned. So won’t get in that trap or confirm in advance before joining There are many more bad things. Think 1000 times before joining.
