People are nice, free lunch

Not too much growth since the company is not too big

No Pros. Initially the company served well. But now they are neither in a position to pay their present employees nor provide FNF to their former employees. The company is so much in loss that they had all the EPF deducted from the employees' salaries but never got it submitted to the employees' respective EPF account since quite a long time now.. Initially I got to learn a lot but solely because of the team I had. But later it was all a waste of time even going to the office.

HR team unorganised and without any ethics. Delay in salaries (for more than 2 months). Rude and insensitive Management. No clear vision at all. At first you will feel "Wow! what an idea" but later you will realise what a waste of time. I had to give one star because it was a mandate else the company doesn't even deserves that. Zero work life balance.
