-Team Leads have none to 0 experience. -Chaotic environment with no defined structure. -Everything is about politics. -The work amount required is insane (you will have to do the job of 3 people at least). - Almost no possibility to grow -Once-per-year salary review with an outcome that is hardly negotiable. -If you are not part of a close circle of "specialists", there are no learning opportunities outside of your daily tasks and what your team lead requires from you. -No company benefits (only employee discounts)
