They seem to genuinely care about their employees.

They don't always work the smartest.

Great coworkers, nice facility, cheese

Pay isn't great, huge lack of training and communication, poor upper management, unwillingness to change or adapt, company tends to lose good employees and keep toxic employees, constantly making exceptions to their work instructions, new procedures are enacted often without updating work instructions and without training.
