Excellent environment as far as higher education is concerned. You are in the midst of innovation in every field. If you are with a team that promotes a fair and valuable work environment, you will enjoy this place.

It is still not fair and equitable. There are still some discriminatory systems in place. If you are an employee who has a problem with management, there is no recourse unless the treatment is blatant.

The pay is low but I know they are raising the minimum for grad students to 20 an hour September.
