Vantaggi

-Flexible Schedule -Decent but not great benefits -Opportunity to learn new things -Lots of good people trying hard -Paid people to work from home over Covid pandemic rather than laid people off.

Svantaggi

Unclear benchmarks for pay increases. They won't give "above expectations" unless you are a rockstar, and "greatly exceeds expectations" is unheard of. Your manager will get counseled (hand slapped) for giving good raises, and HR will change their review to lower their ratings. At "Meets Expectations"pay increases don't even keep up with inflation average over 30 years. The only way you get real raise is to change job titles, and even then their first instinct is to lowball you as if you have zero experience. If you take a job here, fight for the pay you deserve when you walk in the door, and be willing to leave if they don't respect your value.
