management does not value employees and creates more problems than they solve. Verbal abuse from patients because of wait time and even if they are out of hand, and screaming in your face, management will back them every time which makes them feel comfortable in being disrespectful. A lot of techs have come accustomed to not even taking breaks because the schedules are so packed and taking an actual lunch puts them behind later in the day. Overall not what you would expect from a renown institution. Some doctors are very demanding of techs and show little to no appreciation.
