There is a strict "no hire" policy in place that forbids managers to hire permanent staff. They will almost only offer temporary positions, i.e. no employee benefits, mediocre salary, no time off, etc. Beware: if you ever are offered a permanent position, they will NOT recognize any prior service at all.
