We'll treat you like garbage tell you to problem solve but then fire you because you problem solved, They do not train you and then get upset when you are not able to perform the tasks at hand. They also want you to buy all of your tools within one paycheck. If you don't have them at the get go. Which they hired you with no tools so it is extremely disrespectful to let somebody go for that reason.
