Right company for ambitious people - Recensione dipendente - Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) presso Employa

I've been working in Employa for 2 years now and I'm still fond of it. It's a very well organised company in terms of internal processes and people management. Being a developer I'm pleased working with the technology stack and I like the fact that it easy to promote and take into service new things that is coming up on the market. For me personally, it's hard to get bored working here.

Product owners try to release features quickly since clients are looking for it and sometimes there's not enough time to clean up and refactor the old code. It's a problem of many startups in their early stage though.

Great relationships in the team - I feel I am respected and valued. Guess others can say the same here.

It's a dynamic startup, so I think it's normal that it's not about long-term job security. High contribution is needed from everyone at this point.
