Over the 5 years I have worked for ProDrivers I have seen them company take a dramatic turn for the worst. They do not seem to care about the employees like they used to. Everyone is now just a number. Upper leadership is non existent. There is no room for advancement. And the pay is horrid. No opportunities for raises either. The quote is "if you want to be paid more, then you need to find more business and get more people working."

Really like people I work with daily and Enjoy my customers.

They push out the wrong people. The ones who have been with company for a while that are in management are the problem. They don’t lead and don’t know how to lead. I’ve asked for help and been ignored, no response. All our support has been taken away, we’re on islands to fend for ourselves. Several people are set up for failure from the get go. All the people who just went to Florida have been with the company a while and no one knows what they do because they certainly aren’t helping BDMs. They blame BDMs saying we’re not bringing in agreements. We do but they don’t get filled and there’s nothing we can do about that. Managers don’t show up for meetings, they do a lot of talking about what’s going to happen and it never does.
