The organisation offers strong learning and development opportunities, and I’ve gained a significant amount of knowledge in a relatively short period of time compared to previous in-house experience. Christiarne has been a supportive mentor and manager, always willing to share her expertise, and guide the team along with some laughters. The team culture is collaborative and enjoyable, with a genuine sense of support among colleagues. Stephen is also an amazing leader who leads by example, and both he and Christiarne truly invest time and energy into developing people, which contributes to a positive and engaging workplace environment. The work itself is interesting and varied, providing exposure to different industries and opportunities to build technical ER skills.
